To achieve such a high breaking load, MD-Textil duty belts are tested rigorously on the company’s own tensile testing machine. An extremely tear-resistant safety webbing is used, which meets the technical delivery conditions of the Bundeswehr and is sewn with up to 2,000 stitches in meticulous handwork.

For more than 7 years now, MD Textil has stood for robust quality that confidently masters every challenge. All products are carefully handcrafted in the company’s own sewing workshop. Because the production stages of its products are in-house, MD Textil has control over all processes and can thus meet a consistently uniform quality standard.
Before leaving the production facility, all MD Textil products are tested inside out. For example, the exceptional breaking load of the duty belts is tested on the in-house tensile testing machine.
