The headquarters of Wiley X is located in Texas, USA. For Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the EMEA headquarters in Vemb, Denmark, is responsible. It was founded in 2007 and is headed by managing director Jan Mikkelsen, an experienced veteran.

A large proportion of EMEA employees bring their own operational experience from international missions – including Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. This know-how flows directly into quality control, product development and customer service.
